Spacious rooms with beautiful high ceilings. Noisy bar next door made it hard to sleep at night.

The location puts you right in the heart of the action, making it easy to explore the city. The room size is impressive, offering ample space to relax, and the large windows provide decent views that could brighten anyone's day.

The place has a tired vibe, with carpets that could use a good clean and some noticeable wear and tear throughout. Bathrooms seemed like they needed serious scrubbing, with cracked tiles and stains that looked like they’d been there a while. Heavy noise from the bustling bar below during late hours makes it tough to sleep, and if you fancy a brew, don't count on boiling the kettle as the water quality was questionable. Had a couple of hiccups upon check-in that felt like a drag, no flexibility allowed during peak times, and the limited maintenance information ahead of time just felt off. it's a mixed bag.

i had a fantastic stay here, better than my previous trips. the nightlife was incredible, and the hotel exceeded my expectations with its gorgeous decor and comfortable king suite. the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing my overall experience during my time in the city.

Bit of a bummer with no plug sockets near the bed for charging—could've used a bit more light too. And no surfaces in the bathroom for my bits and bobs wasn’t ideal.

The mini bar was stocked with reasonable prices, and the staff were genuinely friendly and eager to assist. it would be great if the hotel provided more information upfront about noise levels from the nightlife nearby.

The deluxe suite was lovely and spacious, and I absolutely loved how the hotel provided complimentary coffee and teas in the room. There were cozy lounges to unwind in, perfect after a busy day. Just wish there were a few more sockets nearby for charging my phone, but overall it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The fridge took up all the wardrobe space, making it challenging to hang clothes. I tripped down one of the split-level steps in the room, which could definitely use better lighting for safety. the shower should have a proper rail instead of a shelf, which isn't very useful. with a bit of attention to these details, the room would be perfect.
